Return/Refund Policy

Unfortunately, I do not refund or exchange orders for buyer’s remorse. Please read the policy in its entirety.
Contact me via email before you return your items. Put in the subject line “Return Request” and email me at info@lisesbusiness.com. You can also reach out to me on the contact page of this website.

For T-Shirts, Ceramic Mugs, & Tote Bags: These products are made on demand, especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver them to you. Acceptable returns will be for misprinted/damaged/defective items or the need to exchange for a different size of apparel. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items and or exchange for a different size. The request must be submitted within 1 week of receiving the merchandise. For packages lost, all claims must be submitted in transit no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Packages sent out from the US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. The address is Charlise Rice Merch, 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. This is also on the enclosed packing slip. Please contact me via email first.
For Books: Books are non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
For Custom Handmade Jewelry: If jump rings/hooks come apart within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase, I will fix them free of charge. You may exchange jewelry for equal value if not worn and not damaged by you within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact me first and you will have to mail them back to me at your expense if you are not local. The address is not the same as the fulfillment center. Jewelry is non-returnable/non-refundable.


Clearance items are final sales, non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
