Return/Refund Policy

Unfortunately, I do not refund or exchange orders for buyer’s remorse. Please read the policy in its entirety.
Contact me via email before you return your items. Put in the subject line “Return Request” and email me at info@lisesbusiness.com. You can also reach out to me on the contact page of this website.

If your items are damaged during transit after being shipped, please contact me directly so we can discuss the best option for replacement or refund.

If you need assistance with your order, please let me know within one week of receiving it. I will try to fix any issues before approving a refund or return.

Custom Orders: Before proceeding with your custom order, I will take the necessary measures to ensure it meets your requirements. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For Books: Books are non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
For Handmade Jewelry: If jump rings/hooks come apart within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase, I will fix them free of charge. You may exchange jewelry for equal value if not worn and not damaged by you within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact me first and you will have to mail them back to me at your expense if you are not local. The address is not the same as the fulfillment center. Jewelry is non-returnable/non-refundable.

All items, except the ones listed as in stock, are made specifically as per the customer's order and are categorized as custom orders.


Clearance items are final sales, non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

Reselling any of my books & merch without authorization or agreement can be copyright or trademark infringement.
